- Cost: $12.95 (applied to all orders).
- Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, you can choose our free shipping option.
- Carrier: EMS.
- Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please Note: We ship globally to spread the magic far and wide! However, we are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs or seasonal delays.
💖 Our Return & Exchange Promise
We want you to be completely enchanted with your purchase. If something isn’t perfect, our policy is designed to be gentle and straightforward.
Quick Guide: We happily accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The Step-by-Step Enchantment (Return/Exchange Process)
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer care angels at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the item.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Pack Your Items Securely: Please pack the item(s) in their original condition. Include all tags and a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the Package: Send your return to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Our Magic Touch: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval and status of your refund or exchange.

💰 Refunds: Getting Your Sparkle Back
- Timing: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
⚠️ Important Exceptions to Note
To ensure the health, safety, and magic of all our items for every family in our community, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Hair Accessories, Headbands & Jewellery: For essential hygiene and safety reasons, these intimate apparel items are final sale once purchased.
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any item specially created or altered for your little angel cannot be returned.
- Damaged or Used Items: Items that are not in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and care for all our customers worldwide.
🌍 International Returns
As a global store, we welcome international returns. The process is the same, but please be aware that return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” on the customs form to avoid additional charges.
