Our policy is designed to be as gentle and clear as a fairy tale, ensuring your experience remains magical.
Quick Guide: We happily accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Our goal is to make this process seamless for you, just like browsing our collections of Dresses, Co-ords, Knitwear, and Hair Accessories. We stand behind the quality and charm of our products.
The Step-by-Step Enchantment (Process)
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: Our team, based in Hayward, California, will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Pack Your Items Securely: Please pack the item(s) in their original condition and packaging, including all tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the Package: Send your return to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Our Magic Touch: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Getting Your Sparkle Back
- Timing: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- Deductions: Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
Important Exceptions to Note
To ensure the health, safety, and magic of all our items for every family, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Hair Accessories, Headbands & Jewellery: For hygiene and safety reasons, these intimate apparel items are final sale once purchased.
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any item specially created or altered for your little angel cannot be returned.
- Damaged or Used Items: Items that are not in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and care for all our customers worldwide.
International Returns
As a global store shipping to most destinations, we welcome international returns. The process is the same, but please be aware that return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
