What are my shipping options and delivery times?
We offer two reliable options to suit your needs:

1. Standard Shipping – $12.95
Partnering with trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx for speed and full tracking. Delivery typically takes 10-15 days after dispatch.

2. Free Shipping
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $50! This option uses the reliable EMS postal network. Delivery typically takes 15-25 days after dispatch.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally to bring a touch of our California magic to families around the world. *Please note: We are currently unable to ship to a few remote regions and parts of Asia. If you have questions about your specific location, please contact us at [email protected].
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes! For Standard Shipping orders, you will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is on its way. For Free Shipping (EMS) orders, tracking may be available depending on the destination country and will be provided if available.
